(hereinafter referred to as the "Website", "Seller" or "Trader"), and the users, hereinafter referred to as "Customer(s)", regarding the terms for accessing the website's content, placing orders, and delivering goods through the conclusion of distance sales contracts.
1.2. By using the website, the User confirms that they are familiar with these Terms of Service, understand them, accept them, and agree to comply with them.

3.1. smartstrips.com offers original branded perfumes and fragrances in various formats – standard bottles, testers, and samples, including boutique and hard-to-find products.
3.2. All goods offered on the website are new, unused, and of guaranteed origin. Information about the origin and characteristics is available on the product page.
4. Prices and Payment Methods
4.1. All prices on the site are in Bulgarian leva (BGN), including VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise.
4.2. Prices do not include delivery costs, unless it is explicitly stated that delivery is free.
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, with changes not affecting already confirmed orders.
4.4. Accepted payment methods include:
- Cash on delivery
- Bank transfer

5. Orders and Contract Conclusion
5.1. Orders are submitted via the electronic form on the site.
5.2. After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation of the submitted information at the email address provided.
5.3. The sales contract is considered concluded at the time of written confirmation by the Seller, sent to the Customer via email or phone call.
6. Delivery
6.1. Deliveries are made by courier companies to an address specified by the Customer or to the courier’s office.
6.2. Delivery times depend on product availability and are described on the site.
6.3. The Customer has the right to inspect the goods upon delivery before paying by cash on delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
7.1. According to the Consumer Protection Act, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without stating a reason.
7.2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened products that cannot be returned due to hygiene or health protection reasons, including perfumes with broken original packaging.
7.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an unambiguous notice to the Seller’s email address.
7.4. The Customer must return the goods in a commercial condition, without damage or signs of use, with all accompanying documents.
7.5. Return costs are borne by the Customer unless the product is defective or different from the one ordered.
7.6. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
8. Complaints
8.1. The Customer has the right to file a complaint in the case of:
- Receiving a damaged or incorrect product;
- Within two years of delivery, as per the Consumer Protection Act.
8.2. Complaints must be sent to the email address and include:
- Order number
- Photo evidence
- Description of the issue
8.3. The Seller reviews the complaint within 14 days and informs the Customer of the outcome.
