1. INTRODUCTION
1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between “ETRIA” Ltd, hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”, and the users of the website, hereinafter referred to as the “Users”, in connection with the use of the website and the purchase of food supplements offered on it in the form of dissolvable oral strips.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions are intended to ensure clarity, transparency, and protection of Users’ rights. By using the website, the User confirms that they are familiar with and accept these Terms and Conditions. In case of disagreement, the User must discontinue using the website.

3. USE OF THE WEBSITE AND ACCESS RIGHTS
3.1. The website provides the opportunity to browse products, place orders, and make payments.
3.2. Access to the website and the placement of orders are permitted only to persons who have reached 18 years of age.
3.3. Users are obliged to use the website in good faith and in compliance with the law, without compromising its security or functionality.
4. REGISTRATION AND USER ACCOUNT
4.1. Registration is voluntary and requires the provision of personal data for the purpose of order processing. The User confirms that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
4.2. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and must immediately notify the Provider in case of suspected misuse.
4.3. The same email address may not be used to register more than one account.
4.4. The User is not required to create an account in order to place an order.
5. ORDER AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
5.1. Orders may be placed through the website at any time. The User may place an order either through a registered account or as a guest.
5.2. By placing an order, the User submits an offer to conclude a sales contract.
5.3. The contract is deemed concluded after confirmation by the Provider by phone.
5.4. The sales contract is stored by the Provider for a period in accordance with statutory requirements and is accessible to the User via the order confirmation email and/or telephone confirmation.
5.5. The Provider reserves the right to refuse orders in case of violations of these Terms and Conditions or irregularities in the ordering process.
6. PRICES AND PAYMENT
6.1. All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes and fees.
6.2. Delivery costs are stated separately before finalizing the order.
6.3. Available payment methods:

- online card payment via a secure payment platform
6.4. Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
6.5. The Provider may offer discounts and promotional campaigns, the terms of which will be published on the website.
7. DELIVERY
7.1. Deliveries are made within the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria via courier to the User’s address or a courier office.
7.2. All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are dispatched on the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day. We work with reliable courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.
In rare cases, delivery delays may occur due to external factors or increased workload of courier services, especially during holiday periods. In such cases, Users will be informed in a timely manner.
7.3. The delivery time is up to 3 business days, except in extraordinary circumstances, public holidays, and non-working days.
7.4. In case of lack of product availability, the Provider will notify the User and refund the paid amount within 14 days.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
8.1. The User has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without stating a reason.
8.2. Returns are accepted only for unopened, unused products with intact commercial appearance, in their original packaging. In case of damaged products, the Provider may deduct part of the amount or refuse the return.
8.3. Return shipping costs are borne by the User, except in cases of defective or incorrectly delivered products.
8.4. Only the value of the products is refunded. Delivery costs are not refunded.
8.5. Pursuant to Article 57, item 5 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products which, for hygiene or health protection reasons, are not suitable for return once unsealed.
8.6. Products with opened or damaged packaging, used products, products past their expiration date, as well as products purchased during promotions (except in case of proven defect), are not eligible for return.
8.7. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Provider refunds the amount within 14 days, using the same payment method.
9. COMPLAINTS
9.1. The User has the right to submit a complaint in case of non-conformity or defect in accordance with applicable legislation.
9.2. Complaints shall be submitted via email using the following format:

10. PERSONAL DATA
10.1. Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the Privacy Policy published on the website.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1. The Provider shall not be liable for temporary unavailability of the website due to technical reasons, maintenance, or force majeure circumstances.
11.2. The Provider shall not be liable for damages caused by improper transportation, storage, or improper use of the products, as well as for the content of external websites linked from the website.
12. ADR AND ODR (ALTERNATIVE / ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION)
12.1. ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution)
If you are a consumer and a dispute arises in connection with the services offered by us, you may use out-of-court dispute resolution through ADR bodies. In Bulgaria, such functions are performed by the conciliation commissions at the Consumer Protection Commission (CPC) and other registered bodies.

12.2. ODR – Important update
The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform has been discontinued and is no longer active after 20 July 2025, due to the repeal of Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 by Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.

13. FINAL PROVISIONS
13.1. The Provider reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Amendments enter into force as of the date of their publication on the website, and Users will be notified via notice or email.
13.2. The invalidity of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
13.3. All disputes between the Provider and the User shall be resolved through negotiations, and if no agreement is reached, through legal proceedings before the competent court.
13.4. The User may use alternative dispute resolution methods, including through the Consumer Protection Commission or the online dispute resolution platform of the European Union (ODR):

13.5. These Terms and Conditions enter into force for all Users as of the date of their publication on the website.
14. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND LIABILITY
14.1. The products offered on the website are food supplements and do not constitute medicinal products. They are not intended for diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of diseases. Food supplements do not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
