Coffee and energy drink figures are FDA guideline ranges per 8 oz, as reported by Montana State University Extension. Energy drink cans are often larger than 8 oz, and labels are not required to list caffeine per serving.

Why pair caffeine with L-theanine?
L-theanine is an amino acid found naturally in tea leaves. In a placebo-controlled crossover study published in Biological Psychology in 2008, researchers gave volunteers 250 mg of L-theanine and 150 mg of caffeine, alone and together. The combination was linked with faster simple reaction times and with participants rating themselves as more alert and less tired (Haskell et al., 2008). How do I take a caffeine strip?
Open the sachet with dry fingers, place one strip on your tongue, press it gently against the roof of your mouth and let it dissolve in 7 to 30 seconds. Count each strip in your daily caffeine total.
