All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on business days before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day, while orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped on the next business day. We work with trusted courier partners to ensure fast and secure delivery.

You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with consumer protection regulations. Due to health and hygiene reasons, food supplements can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original, intact packaging.
